The purpose of obtaining the personal data we collect is to provide you with a service tailored to your needs and the services offered by the company. Therefore, if you do not wish to provide the information we request, we will not be able to offer you the service you deserve.

The purposes for obtaining the personal data we collect from you through similar means are as follows:

Management, control, administration, and updating of information related to the Controller’s clients.
Identification of individuals and legal representatives or contacts designated by them.
Billing for services and products provided, as well as legal collections or commercial relationships in digital marketing, branding and design, corporate video, professional photography, and outdoor advertising.

DATA TRANSFER

THE CONTROLLER carries out a national transfer of our clients’ data only at the time of payment with the company. The transfer is made to the Tax Administration Service and its certified suppliers under electronic invoicing. In this case, your consent is not required, in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS

In all legally applicable cases, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) at any time through the procedures we have implemented.

The corresponding request (see ARCO rights form) must comply with the requirements established in current legislation, and must be submitted in writing to our Personal Data Department at the company’s registered office.

The request must contain and include the following:

Your name and address or other means of communicating the response to your request.

Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation.
A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights.
Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the data.
The Data Controller will inform you of the decision made within a maximum period of twenty business days, counting from the date on which the Data Controller receives the corresponding request. If the request is admissible, it will be effective within fifteen business days following the date on which the Data Controller communicates its response. If the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or if the necessary documents to prove your identity or the corresponding legal representation are not included, the Data Controller will, within five business days following receipt of your request, request that the deficiencies be corrected in order to process it. In these cases, you will have ten business days to respond to the request for correction, counting from the day following receipt of this request. The corresponding request will be deemed not submitted if you do not respond within this period.

You may obtain the requested information or personal data through simple copies, electronic documents in conventional formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or through any other legitimate means that guarantees and proves the effective exercise of the requested right.

You will be responsible for keeping your personal data in the Controller’s possession up-to-date. Consequently, you guarantee and are responsible, in all cases, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data

provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated, informing the Controller of any changes.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, without retroactive effect, in all cases where such revocation does not imply the impossibility of fulfilling obligations arising from a current legal relationship between you and the Controller.

The procedure for revoking consent, if applicable, will be the same as that established in the immediately preceding section for exercising ARCO rights.

LIMITATIONS ON THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by directing the corresponding request to our Personal Data Controller at the registered address. The requirements for proving your identity, as well as the procedure for responding to your request, will be the same as those indicated in the “Exercise of ARCO Rights” section. The Controller has the means and procedures to ensure the inclusion of some of your data on its own exclusion lists when you expressly request their inclusion. The Controller will provide registered data subjects with the corresponding registration certificate.

SECURITY MEASURES

Because the protection of your personal data, as well as your privacy, is very important to us, BOUGAINVILLEA WEDDINGS complies with technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal information against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
