True love is not something you find by casualty, it is something you build slowly and carefully. It is honest and real. Johnathan and Bobby during their weekend in San Miguel de Allende, not only showed us how much true love they have each other, but how much love they have for their loved ones.
Unique and full of life, this is the perfect description for Jonhnathan and Bobby. They arrived on February 20th to the beautiful Casa Adela in Atotonilco, Guanajuato, just a few minutes away from San Miguel, along with their closest family to start the celebrations of their wedding weekend. The 15 guests had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner, very intimate and relax.
For their welcome party, the couple chose the Terraza Trinitate, popular for its proximity to the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The day began with a photo session through the beautiful streets of the city and then they met with their guests on the terrace. The theme of the party was “Taco Fiesta and Karaoke”. The guests were able to enjoy a delicious Mexican “Taquiza” with different toppings as well as handmade tortillas.
Guests were refreshed with cold beers and different cocktails, specially selected by Johnathan and Bobby. The party reached the climax with karaoke time, everyone had fun and laughter and singing their favorite songs and dancing. One of the memorable moments for all the guests was when Bobby not only sang, but also with his father gave us an excellent performance of “Toxic by Britney Spears”.
The wedding day arrived, Casa Adela looked more beautiful than ever. Wooden tables and chairs with with table runners what fitted perfectly with talavera pots and dinnerware. The guests began to arrive and gathered at the ceremony site. Oron, a very special friend from Johnathan and Bobby was the one who officiated the ceremony.
The ceremony was beautiful, emotional, and fun. The guests laughed with stories from the couple and cried when they said the most beautiful and sincere vows we have ever heard. At the end of the ceremony, the mariachis entered and began the traditional “Callejoneada”, which was held inside the house with the mojigangas and the burrito, accompanied by tequila shots.
In the pool area, accompanied by the mariachis, the guests enjoyed cocktails and exquisite canapés. Then everyone was invited to the reception in the main patio of Casa Adela. The guests tasted a delicious contemporary Mexican menu and listened to beautiful speeches from their beloved ones. The atmosphere was perfect, the love for Johnathan and Bobby from their guests was incredible.
After their first dance and the dance with their mothers, Johnathan and Bobby started the party. They spent hours dancing, drinking personalized cocktails and enjoying the picture corner with piñatas from their puppies. To end this magical night, the now married couple danced the famous song “Last Dance” and their guests couldn’t have been happier of witnessed a weekend full of love. Johnathan and Bobby accompanied by their close family sat by the pool to have a last bottle of red wine and end this weekend.
